Registering for the event
The event registration process is now open. Early registration is recommended to secure your place. You can register online through Eventbrite via our official event website by completing the registration form.
The venue has a strict capacity limit. To allow for any last-minute changes, we have slightly overbooked the event. To ensure you can attend, please arrive early. We apologise in advance if the event reaches full capacity and thank you for your understanding.
Yes. The deadline to register to attend the summit is 5pm on Friday, 19 June 2026, subject to availability. We encourage you to register as early as possible, as tickets may sell out.
No, this is a free event. As capacity is limited, please let us know if your plans change and you no longer expect to attend.
Yes. You must contact LCRFsummit@iied.org to notify them of the name you would like to transfer your ticket to. The organisers will only be able to admit participants who have been signed up in advance and who provide identification that matches the name on the ticket on the day.

Travelling to the Brewery by public transport is quick and easy. The venue is close to Liverpool Street, Moorgate and Barbican stations, and served by at least 10 bus routes.

The nearest bus stops to The Brewery are Finsbury Square (Stop K) or Moorgate Station (Stop L), which are just a 2–3-minute walk away. These stops are served by multiple routes including the 21, 43, 76, 133, 153, and 214, providing easy access to Liverpool Street Station.
Bicycle parking is available at the Brewery. Bicycle helmets can be left at our complimentary cloakroom.
There are several Santander Cycle docking stations near The Brewery providing easy access to the scheme. The closest docking stations are typically located on Wormwood Street and Devonshire Square, both within a 2-minute walk or 200 metres of the area.
There are no car parking facilities on site at The Brewery. The nearest public NCP car park can be found at The Barbican. There is also limited pay and display street parking available. Please note that The Brewery is located within the London Congestion Charge Zone.

Event sign-in and attendance
For the morning session, doors open at 8am (BST/UK) and the first plenary session will commence at 9am. Lunch will take place from 1-2pm (BST/UK) and the parallel sessions will commence at 2pm (BST/UK).
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early for check-in and security. The summit sessions will end at 5.30pm, followed by a networking reception.
Please bring a valid photo ID for check-in. You do not need to print your booking confirmation or ticket.
The event includes dedicated breaks, a lunch reception and an evening networking reception. The full agenda will be launched later in April.
To respect privacy, the attendee list will not be shared with participants prior to the event. Your name, job title and organisation will be shared with the organising partners. Please see the privacy policy.
This is primarily an in-person event. We are exploring options for streaming certain sessions, but we can’t guarantee that you will be able to watch the whole event virtually.
Venue facilities and accessibility
The Brewery is a fully DDA-compliant venue, with lifts that service all floors and accessible toilets on the ground and lower ground floors. The Porter Tun, King George III, Lower Sugar Room and James Watt spaces can all be accessed directly via the lifts. The remaining spaces are accessed via these areas for guests who can’t use the stairs.
There are limited parking spaces available opposite the main Brewery entrance for guests who require extra assistance. Should you need any assistance during the event, please feel free to contact us, ahead of time, using the contact form at the top of this page, so we can ensure everything is ready for you.

There is a complimentary cloakroom located in the main reception area, with capacity for both coats and bags. Limited luggage storage is available. Any items not collected within 30 days after the event will be kindly donated to charity.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted on the venue premises. There is a smoking area in the courtyard outside the venue.
The rooms are fully equipped with state-of-the-art sound system, Wi-Fi and fully integrated LED lighting system.
No, there are no facilities to charge devices.
Media and photography
Yes, a professional photographer, along with event organisers, will be present throughout the day to capture images of keynote speakers, sessions, networking moments and other highlights of the event. We will also be recording videos.
Photographs and videos taken at the event may be used by the organisers for promotional and editorial purposes, including but not limited to social media content, event website, future marketing materials, press releases, media coverage, and post-event reports or recaps.
Yes, participants who do not wish to be photographed can notify event staff or the photographer at any time to withdraw their consent.
Photography of speakers by attendees is permitted. However, to respect privacy requests, please refrain from taking photos or videos of other participants without prior consent.

Health and safety
Yes, professional security personnel will be present throughout the venue to ensure the safety of all attendees, speakers and participants. We are expecting high-profile speakers during the event and the level of security will reflect this. Please be prepared to show photographic ID and have any large bags checked on arrival.
Small personal electronics such as laptops and phones are permitted. Larger professional photography or recording equipment requires prior approval and media accreditation. Larger bags can be checked in at the cloakroom.
The fire assembly point will usually be the Courtyard, however if needed there is a separate location offsite. Fire marshalls will be present at the event.
Catering
Yes, catering is provided throughout the day, including refreshments during breaks, a buffet lunch, and a networking drinks reception. In line with IIED’s commitment to responsible operations, all food will be vegetarian and vegan.
Absolutely. Catering will be provided for dietary options including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, halal and kosher.
Please notify us of any severe allergies by contacting LCRFsummit@iied.org. We will coordinate with the catering provider to ensure safe options are available, and dishes will be clearly labelled onsite.
Outside food and drink is not permitted unless for medical or dietary reasons. You are welcome to bring your own water bottles to refill.
